Seungwoo Yang is a Chairman and founding member of Dreamstone Partners. He was a chairman and CEO at Deloitte Korea and Board member of Deloitte Global. He also worked as a chairman of Financial Services Committee of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry(KCCI), and a chairman of Bank Evaluation Committee of the Financial Supervisory Service(FSS). He received a B.A. in business administration in Seoul National University.

Myungkyu Choi is a Managing Partner and founding member of Dreamstone partners. He was a Head of investment at 

Eugene Private Equity engaged in a formation and operation of PEF for buyout deal, restructuring deal, etc. Prior to that, he has been working in investment industry such as Shinhan Investment, Mirae Asset Securities as financial structural design specialist using a variety of strategies. He received his B.A. and M.A. from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and also an M.B.A. from Yonsei University.

Kenneth Kang is a managing partner and founding member of Dreamstone Partners.

Prior to his position at Dreamstone, He was a principal at Deloitte, the largest global accounting & consulting firm in the world with specialty in financial advisory and consulting to serve the multi-billion dollar revenue clients, a managing director at Truston Asset Management focusing on real asset investments, and a head of aviation investment at Shinhan Investment Corp focusing on aviation investments. He is the pioneer of aviation investment in Korean capital market and helped the aviation investment market to grow close to 10 billion USD in terms of investment size. He studied at Harvard Business School for an executive program and at Bernard Baruch College for an accountancy degree.

Sangjin Hong is the head of the real estate investment at Dreamstone Partners. He was a director of IB headquarters at Korea Asset Investment Securities Co.,Ltd., and has had in-depth experience in real estate investments with an impressive track-record in executing a number of debt and equity deals. 
His track record and experience include a number of real estate project financing deals, M&A acquisition financing, district unit planning, and development of complex sales facilities/golf courses,/logistics warehouses. He received a B.A. in economics from Hanyang University and a M.S. in real estate management from Dankook University.

Younsun Chang is a CFO and Managing Director of Dreamstone Partners. Ms. Chang was a CFO at Deloitte Korea. Prior to Deloitte, she worked as a DOA/CFO in Arthur Anersen Seoul and Financial Controller in Cosa Liebermann.

Minho Choi is a Director of Dreamstone Partners. Prior to joining Dreamstone, he was a founding member of independent PE firm which managed buy-out fund of USD 55M in ESG sector. He worked at Shinhan Investment Corporation
in alternative investment division and worked at the Financial Advisory Service team of Deloitte. Mr. Choi has a deep knowledge on financial products based on experiences in Citi and Credit Agricole as a trader. Mr. Choi received a B.A. in Business Management from Yonsei University. He is a Korea Certified Public Accountant.

Seungtai Lee is a Senior Vice President of Dreamstone Partners. Prior to joining Dreamstone, he worked as an Audit Assistant Manager at KPMG London office and as a Manager at EY Financial Advisory Services (FAS). He received a B.A. in Business Management from King's College London.

Junho Yoon is a Vice President of Dreamstone Partners. Prior to joining Dreamstone, he worked in the blockchain department of Shinhan Securities, focusing on Security Token Offering (STO) related tasks. He has over 7 years of experience as a full-stack developer and possesses a deep understanding of Blockchain, AI, and financial engineering. He received a B.A. in Financial Management from Hanyang University.

Dowon Hong is a Vice President of Dreamstone Partners. Prior to joining Dreamstone Partners, she  finished her internship at Dreamstone Private Equity. She also worked at the Korea Investment & Securities as a research assistant intern supporting Pharmaceutical/Biotech Analysts. She received a B.A. in Food & Resources Economics and in Business & Administration from Korea University.

Harim Kwon is an Analyst of Dreamstone Partners. Prior to joining Dreamstone Partners, she finished her internship at Dreamstone Private Equity. She received a B.A. in Business & Administration from Sogang University.

Jinyoung Lee is vice president of Dreamstone Partners. Before joining Dreamstone, she was in charge of derivatives and overseas stock payments at Daishin Securities’ payment division. She was also responsible for overall management tasks, including personnel, accounting, and general affairs, at Daishin Asset Management’s management headquarters. She received a B.A. from Hongik University.

Justine Hwang is a Senior Advisor of Dreamstone Partners. He has a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in pharmacology and chemistry. Before joining Dreamstone, he has provided valuable expertise as a Medical Science Liaison at AstraZeneca and Santen Pharmaceuticals, where he worked closely with healthcare professionals to bridge the gap between medical research and practical applications. He received a B.S. in Pharmacology and Chemistry from University of Toledo.

Junhyeak Yoon is a strategic partner of Dreamstone Partners and CEO of Dong Yang Precision Co. He has had in-depth experience in a manufacturing industry, and provided restructuring consulting to numerous enterprises that sought to turn around their operations. Prior to his position at Dreamstone, he has received a number of medals/awards from government for his contributions and supports to industry development and, as a philanthropist, is actively involved with various social volunteer activities. He studied at Seoul University for an advanced management program and at Yeungnam University for an undergraduate degree.

Jaehun Choi is a strategic partner of Dreamstone Partners and COO of Daebo communication & systems corporation. He is an opinion leader in IT services and digital solutions industries and has had extensive experience in providing services for various industries including the public sector, SOC, national defense, financial institutions, and private IT infrastructure. Prior to his position at Dreamstone, he was a certified public accountant (US) working at  Pricewaterhousecoopers Korea and Deloitte Korea, the largest global accounting & consulting firm in the world with specialty in financial advisory to serve the multi-billion dollar revenue clients. He studied at Seoul University for a CFO program and at Bernard Baruch College for an MBA degree.

Sangwon Lee is a strategic partner of Dreamstone Partners. He is also a partner of Seyoung Accounting Corp., a local accounting firm, and an adjunct professor at Yeungnam University. Previously he worked for Deloitte Korea, and he experienced the accounting of various corporations as an accountant. He studied at Yeungnam University for an economics degree. He has KICPA, FP and CRA licenses.
