Phoenix Aviation Capital and AIP Capital Boost LOT Polish Airlines’ Growth with Four Boeing 737 MAX 8 Aircraft on Long-Term Lease

Phoenix Aviation Capital and AIP Capital have successfully placed four Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft on long-term lease with LOT Polish Airlines, Poland's national carrier. This deal supports LOT’s strategy to expand its fleet, increase operational flexibility, and enhance its network growth.

Phoenix Aviation Capital, a leading aircraft leasing company headquartered in Dublin, specializes in financing modern aircraft and is managed by AIP Capital. AIP is a global aviation asset manager with expertise in investment and risk management across the commercial aviation sector.

LOT Polish Airlines, a leading carrier in Central and Eastern Europe, views the addition of these next-generation aircraft as critical to its growth strategy. The airline operates an extensive network that includes long-haul routes to destinations like the U.S., Canada, China, Japan, and South Korea, using Boeing 787 Dreamliners.

Both Phoenix and AIP Capital expressed enthusiasm about partnering with LOT to support its fleet modernization and regional connectivity goals.
